The Drawing
Room sizes, sunlight, Vastu, staircase, parking. All of it settled on paper, with 3D views so you can walk through the house before you pay for it. We get the map passed by the development authority. Change your mind fifty times here and it costs you nothing. Change it after the foundation and it costs lakhs.

The Structure
Foundation, columns, beams. ISI-marked TMT bars and 43-grade cement, and you get the bill for every truck that reaches your site. This is the one part of your house that can never be repaired later, so it is the one part we never make cheaper.
RCC frame · 8–10 weeks
३ छत · Stage three
The Slab
Dhalai day. Ground floor, then the first floor. Photos and a site video reach you every week, which matters because most of our clients are not standing at the site. They are in Delhi, in Mumbai, in Dubai, watching their house go up on WhatsApp.
Roof casting, floor by floor · weekly updates

The Walls
Brickwork, plaster, doors, windows, and all the wiring and plumbing that disappears inside the walls. This is the month it stops looking like a site and starts looking like your house. You pay stage by stage, for work that is finished, never for work that is promised.
Grey structure complete · 10–12 weeks

The Finish
Flooring, modular kitchen, wardrobes, false ceiling, paint and lights. The part your family touches every single day. And the part where the rate we quoted you in month one is still the rate you pay.
